Our signature smoked cuts & char grilled dishes offer a wide range from both land and sea, designed with sharing in mind.
An alfresco bar and dining area compliment the air conditioned restaurant including a private dining room, perfect for meetings and special events.
The accompanying Sports Bar is the perfect place to take in an array of live sporting events on the multiple screens in air conditioned comfort.

Chefs Tasting Platter
Our Chefs tasting Platter is ideal for a group of 4 or more, designed with the spirit of sharing in mind.
300g of beef brisket imported from Australia, premium quality, smoked LOW and SLOW for 12 hours. Genuine USA pork ribs, Saint-Louis cut and pulled pork, seasoned with our special dry rub. A free range chicken, juicy and tasty with crispy skin, 2 sausages and 3 side dishes of choice complete this signature dish.
Our meats are smoked with Balinese rambutan wood from north Bali and using traditional techniques from the USA.

MEET OUR CHEF

BENOIT LAROCHELLE
KITCHEN DIRECTOR

Bistro C Smoke House Kitchen Director, Benoit, comes from renowned Ubud restaurant Mozaic where he held the title of Chef de Cuisine following a successful stint at luxury Uluwatu Resort Semara from 2014 where he held position of Director of Kitchen.

A Canadian native, Ben originally hails from Quebec but it wasn’t just his origins which wielded a French influence on his creativity in the kitchen. His gourmet travels have taken him on more than a twenty year journey through Canada, the Caribbean and France and he has added an impressive list of accolades to his resume along the way. In addition to his reputation as a first class creator of cuisine, Chef Larochelle has earned such titles as Maitre Canardier, Tour Eiffel, the prestigious certification of Red Seal and the Louche D’or Certificate.

He has collaborated with chefs of international acclaim, been mentored by Michelin starred masters from across the globe and been afforded an audience with celebrities the likes of Sting, Paul McCartney, Tyra Banks, Roberto Bellini and the Prince of Monaco. Before his sea change to the island of smiles, Ben spent 18 years working with respected chef and Maitre Cuisinier de France, Jean-Luc Boulay at highly acclaimed Canadian restaurant, Saint Amour.
